The refund request will be accepted when:

1. Students cannot access the portion of online courses and they can request a refund by sending us an email or contacting us within three business days from the date of registration. A refund request will not be accepted if students access our courses in any manner.
2. If course materials are provided to you in physical forms as a part of the training, you are requested to send them to us unopened or unused at your expense.

When you enroll in our class, it means we agree to our policies mentioned above. If you are unable to complete your course as per the end date mentioned in the letter sent to you, there will additional course fees for the course extension.
