WINGS FAQ's

Are we Licensed?
Yes! In addition, we work with the Department of Children and Family Services on a regulare basis to ensure our child care is in compliance with state standards.

What are our Days & Hours of Operation?
WINGS Child Care is open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 6am to 12midnight. Ours is an extended hours program.

Are we CPR and First Aid Certified?
Yes! A CPR & First Aid certified staff member will be present at all times during our service hours.

Do we accept Child Care Assistance Subsidies?
Yes! We will even help you with the forms if you wish.

Do we serve Meals & Snacks?
Yes! We serve breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner, and an evening snack throughout the day. Most meals and snacks are provided by WINGS and are prepared in our kitchen.

Do we Celebrate Birthdays and Holiday?
Yes and yes! We work hard to make special days happy and memorable.

Do you take Naps?
Children will nap during the day generally between 1pm and 3pm. They are encouraged to rest but not forced to sleep.

Do we have a Curriculum?
Yes! Our primarily hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities target all aspects of childhood development, while emphasizing the love of Jesus Christ. We strive to maintain a balance of child-initiated play with activities that are teacher-directed, to provide a well-rounded experience.

Specialty themes and curriculum
Our programs will offer a unique, customized curriculum for each age level, from infants to school-age, as well as specialized themes and activities in science, art, music & drama, computers, multicultural studies, and more.

Our well-trained staff will follow a planned schedule each day. Each day we incorporate a variety of fun-filled activities.
